About Sea Spray Hotel
Founded by Doris and Liston Leslie in 1964, Sea Spray is recognized as the first established hotel on the Placencia Peninsula.

The original Sea Spray had four rooms sharing one bathroom and a kitchen. Its early guests included merchant seamen, British soldiers stationed in the area, and the occasional traveller who had found their way to what was then a quiet fishing village.
Today, the hotel remains footsteps from the Caribbean Sea on the Placencia Sidewalk. Its story belongs not only to one family, but to the beginning of the peninsula’s tourism history.
